To proceed please fill the following registration form.
The registration fee includes meals (lunches and dinners), coffee breaks, Amadeu's 60th birthday banquet and local transportation on June 28th and July 4th to go to Vall de Núria and come back, from the airport or Barcelona. Rack railway tickets Ribes-Núria and Núria-Ribes are also included.

    Early registration (before May 30th, 2015): 350 euros
    Late registration (from May 30th to June 20th, 2015): 400 euros

Hotel reservation

If you have not been pre-reserved by the organization you should contact the following address to book your room:

You have only to book your room since the rest of the meals (lunch and dinner) are included in the registration fee. Here you can find the prices per room (breakfast is included):

  • Double bed standard (for two people): 35,90 € (per person & night)
  • Suite (for individual use): 65,30 € (per person & night)

  • Duplex apartment:

Taxes (IVA) are included in these prices. There is also a turistic tax (0,50 euros per person older than 16 and night) that should be paid at the reception of the hotel at the departure.

Bus Airport - Ribes (Núria)

We will organise a bus (whose price is included in the registration fee) from Barcelona Airport to Ribes and return:
  • Barcelona Airport to Ribes: On Sunday 28th June. Departure from Terminal T1 of the airport at 15:30h. It will make an stop in Barcelona, precisely at the exit of the metro station of Palau Reial (line 3). The bus will depart from there at 16:30h. The expected arrival time at Ribes is around 18:30h-19:00h. At Ribes we will take the rack railway to Núria.
  • Ribes to Barcelona: On Saturday 4th morning we will offer a bus from Ribes to Barcelona Airport (Terminal T1) and Barcelona city centre. The expected arrival time to the T1 Terminal is 13:00h. Afterwards, the bus will make one more stop in Barcelona (probably, as before, in Palau Reial).
Since the number of seats at the bus is limited, if you are interested in taking the bus please mark the corresponding option when filling the application form.

 

Banquet

On Friday 3rd July there will be a banquet to celebrate Amadeu's 60th birthday at the same hotel hosting the conference in Vall de Núria. If you are planning to attend it and you are not a registered participant of the congress:
  • The price of the banquet will be published soon in this page.
  • This amount should be transfered to the bank account provided at the section Registration fee & payment above. Do not forget to include in your bank transfer the concept "Dinner GDHam15. YOUR NAME".
  • Send a copy of the transfer note to gdham15.conference@gmail.com with subject "Dinner GDHam15. YOUR NAME"
  • Contact the hotel (see Hotel Reservation above) to book a room for that night. Rack railway last train to Ribes departs at around 21:15h. Check rack railway schedule to reach Núria.
