Erratum "A Course in Algebraic Error-Correcting Codes"
On Page 6, in the formula of H(Y|X) it should be p_i instead of p_j.
In Exercise 3.9, the first binomial coefficient {n choose i} should be {w choose i}.
In Exercise 4.16, it should specify non-zero weights.
In the evaluation of f on in Example 6.8 on Page 90 there is a coordinate with entry 0 missing between the 10 and the 2.
In Theorem 6.12 on Page 93 it would be easier to simply apply the Griesmer bound. Also applying Griesmer to the dual gives the bound n<=q+k-1.

In Exercise 3.3 on Page 43, we can switch 0 and 1 in selected coordinates so that the zero vector is in C. Then count the number of codewords u of weight 5 with a 1 in the first coordinate by the number of vectors of weight 3 that are contained in a ball of u.
