PyM —A Python-coded Mathematical System

Description
The aim of this project (work in progress) is the development of
PyM, a
Python-coded mathematical system freely available for students, teachers and researchers.
There are four levels that users may consider playing according to their interests:

Pseudocode. PyM scripts are remarkably close to readable pseudocode.
This feature enhances the understanding of functions and algorithms, and thereby it even facilitates, if desired, their
implementation by means of other systems.

Hands-on. Using existing PyM materials (Python files and Jupiter notebooks:
see below), workers can carry on experiments with functions and algorithms at will.
This usage fosters an active continuous-learning mood.

Developer. Using the current PyM version to implement algorithms that
may contribute to its enrichment. This is the main procedure driving its incremental build up and refinement.

Engineer. To take part in the development of the PyM structure.
So far the main motivation for pursuing this project has been to cover the
computational needs of the planned second edition
of Xambó-2003 (see PyM-ECC) and of the planned second edition of
UIT (see
PyM-WIT)
